• What are your hours of operation?
  Hours are by appointment only.

 

• Why am I not receiving your emails?

• How much are your cakes?
  Because all of our "custom" cakes are priced individually based on the complexity of their design and degree of difficulty, we do not have a standard price list.

 

• How to I order a cake?
  To start the order process, click on the "Contact Us" link, enter the following information:
  

  1. Name
  2. Email address
  3. Telephone Number
  4. The date of your event
  5. The occasion/nature of your event (wedding, birthday, etc)
  6. Describe your cake
  7. How many people you will need to serve
  8. Cake flavors
  9. Comments
  10. We will contact you to discuss your order.

  Our bakery is open by appointment only; we do not have any cakes pre-made for sale. Every cake we make is custom made to order from start to finish.

 

• Do you ship cakes?
  Due to the complexity of the cake designs, we do not ship cakes via postal or courier services.
  We deliver wedding cakes to catering facilities.

 

• How far ahead should I order my Birthday, Anniversary cakes?
  Any special occasion cakes should be ordered 3-4 weeks before your occasion. Please call or email to check availability.

 

• Do you accept Major Credit Cards?

  Yes. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. We accept payment through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal Account in order to use a Major Charge Card on the PayPal website.

  • Go to our website http://www.hollyscakes.com/ click on the "Contact Us" link.
  • Click on the "Pay Now with PayPal" push button. A new browser will be created displaying the PayPal website.
  • Enter the cake price or payment (deposit) in the Unit Price field.
  • If you have a PayPal account, enter your email address assigned to PayPal, the associate password, and click on the "Log In" pushbutton.

  

 

• How can I make payment using my PayPal account?
  • Go to our website http://www.hollyScakes.com/.
  • Click on the "Contact Us" link and click on the "Pay Now with PayPal" push button. A new browser will be created displaying the PayPal website.
  • Enter the cake price or payment (deposit) in the Unit Price field.

• How do I use VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card when making payment through PayPal?

  • Click on the "Pay Now with PayPal" push button. A new browser will be created displaying the PayPal website.
  • Enter the cake price or payment (deposit) in the Unit Price field.
  • In the lower left corner of the screen directly below the VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card icons, and click on the "Continue" pushbutton.

  

 

• How can I get directions to your bakery?
  • Go to our website http://www.hollyScakes.com/.
  • Click on the "Contact Us" link.
  • Click on the "Additional Directions" pushbutton.
  • Click anywhere on the map, and a new session directing to Map Quest web site will be opened.
  • Enter your point of departure in the field titled "Address, City, State and/or Zip" and click on the "Get Directions" pushbutton
  • A completed set of directions can be printed.
